Fellows' Flat
The Fellows' Flat is a self-contained apartment on the upper floor of the
building with three study bedrooms. It has its own self-catering kitchen and
lounge*. This accommodation is primarily intended
for resident post-doctoral researchers. The rates are as follows:
*Charges from 1 January 2012*

| 7 nights - <1 month | £40 per night | £50 per night |
| 1 month – 3 months | £175 per week** | £250 per week** |
| More than 3 months | £475 per month** | £600 per month** |
Charges are intended to encourage long-term
residency/study visits and no stay of less than one week is normally permitted.
Included are use of the British Institute’s wireless broadband internet,
satellite TV, once weekly cleaning, and a washing machine. No food is included.
Residents have 24 hour access to the British Institute library. All residents must be current CBRL members.
